Senior Business Analyst (M/F).
You will be responsible for the functional design of application projects, mainly MDM or PIM, in the EMEA region.
You will be responsible for analyzing user requirements and translating them into specifications that comply with the functionalities of the chosen technical solution. You may also be entrusted with consulting assignments (data governance, data cataloguing, etc.). You will be able to call on the resources of the Data Analyst or technical-functional BA, whom you will be required to supervise as part of the project. You may also have a role in supporting our service centres, to consolidate our practices in terms of methodology, documentation, testing, etc.
The Senior Business Analyst plays a leading role in analyzing and defining our responses.
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Analyze existing business processes and propose target processes.
- Analyze or supervise data analysis and propose relational models in line with strategic and operational expectations.
- Define the detailed functional specifications.
- Implement the methodology for the functional part, adapting it to the project context.
- Formalize functional specifications that meet the needs of the customer, the project and the project management teams in charge of implementation.
- Participate in project committees during the design phase.
- Ensure that the implementation meets the customer's expectations.
Additional tasks :
- Take part in pre-sales.
- Be a point of contact for Arhis' internal test teams and then for the customer.
- Take charge of business skills transfer - end-user training.

PROFILE :
- Expertise in analysis tools (process, modeling).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The balance between assertiveness and flexibility enables efficiency and respect for constraints.
- Taste for understanding the functionalities and parameters of IT solutions in the service of use cases.
- Knowledge of the issues and/or experience of MDM - PIM solutions or other Data-related practices are required.
- Technical skills such as SQL are welcome.
Experience: 5 to 20 years in a BA role.
Job type: full-time, permanent contract.
Languages: English and French required.
Location: France.
